This has officially been the most __________________ (fill in pretty much any adjective here) two weeks of my life. From this vantage point – my desk at 9:15 am on the beginning of my third week of work- I feel more sane and more myself since I started at Beth Israel. That said, the wave of feelings changes every 5 minutes, and keeping myself grounded and breathing with some depth is the name of the game.
Goals for this week:
breath/ 3 yoga classes/write you/FUN/drink more water
